Here in this 60 minute practice will begin by bringing mindfulness to breath, dynamic movement to keep the muscles and joints warm and supple, as well as a great opportunity to socialize with the community. A fun playlist designed to get those bones moving. Please bring a chair pillow into this class to help support you. A mat could be used at yogis convince.
