Meaningful asana’s to support everyday life activities. Here in this 60 minute practice will begin by bringing mindfulness to breath, dynamic movement to keep the muscles and joints warm and supple, as well as a great opportunity to socialize with the community. A fun playlist designed to get those bones moving. Please bring a chair pillow into this class to help support you. A mat could be used at yogis convince.
